Why is the hot section the same?

It is based on a special score that looks at views, favorites, recent activity and other factors for a question. We are working to improve the rankings, since very high views are boosting old questions too much, so things appear to not change very often.

well, it is the same because they put the rankings of (votes, answers, views) and add them up together so they can come up with the HOT! section, but if you are wondering why the hot! section on the question section then I think it's up to kidzsearch answer that but I think they want more people to see it
