When quadruple amputee Ellie Challis met Winter the dolphin at Clearwater Aquarium in Florida it changed her life. Winter lost her tail as a calf and has adapted to life with a prosthetic. Elie was so inspired she decided to learn to swim and now dreams of competing at the Paralympics.
