Athlete’s Paralympic Journey Inspired by Prosthetic Tail Dolphin | Our Blue Planet | Earth Unplugged
When quadruple amputee Ellie Challis met Winter the dolphin at Clearwater Aquarium in Florida it changed her life. Winter lost her tail as a calf and has adapted to life with a prosthetic. Elie was so inspired she decided to learn to swim and now dreams of competing at the Paralympics.
With thanks to Ellie and her Dad Paul; Phoenix Swimming Club and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. See more from Clearwater on their YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/ClearwaterAquarium
