INGREDIENTS:

Elephant Ears
* (1) cup all purpose flour
* (1) teaspoon baking powder
* (1⁄2) teaspoon salt
* (1⁄4) teaspoon ground cinnamon
* (1) tablespoon sugar
* (1) tablespoon cold butter
* (1⁄4) cup warm water
* (2) tablespoons warm milk
* (5 to 6) cups of vegetable oil, for frying
Topping
* (1⁄2) cup sugar
* (4) teaspoons ground cinnamon

Jalapeño Poppers
* (8) jalapeños
* (4) ounces cream cheese, room temperature 1⁄2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
* Juice of 1 lime
* (1⁄2) teaspoon onion powder
* (1⁄4) teaspoon garlic powder
* Salt and pepper to taste
* (1⁄2) cup all purpose flour
* (1⁄4) teaspoon ground smoked paprika
* (1) large egg
* (1⁄4) cup milk
* (3⁄4) cup breadcrumbs

Kettle Corn
* (2) teaspoons coconut oil
* (1⁄4) cup popcorn kernels
* (3) tablespoons granulated sugar
* (1⁄2) teaspoon sea salt
