Deep-fried chicken Japanese style,
In this video, you will see how to make tasty triple fried chicken thighs that are juicy yet crispy on the outside, you will see how to make a ginger-soy marinade once made you will keep the chicken in the marinade for a short 10 minutes which is enough for the grated ginger to tenderize and flavor the chicken, after that you will be shown how the triple frying process of cooking works.

Cooking Equipment used in the video:
- deep frier:
- metal chopsticks
- ironwood cutting board:

100g soy sauce (75ml)
25g grated ginger
25g sake (25ml)
18g mirin (10ml)
10g sugar

600g chicken thighs
1 lemon
