d'strict made use of a public electronic billboard in Seouls COEX Square.
COEX is a convention and exhibition center that doubles as a gigantic mall.

The WAVE building is located in the Gangnam-gu area in Seoul, which is the Korean version of New Yorks Time Square. The location is also sometimes referred to as K-pop Square as the screen often features K-Pop content.

The display the LEDs create, is called an anamorphic illusion or anamorphosis, which is a distorted projection that reveals itself once you occupy a specific vantage point.

The stunning 1,600-square-meter Screen is the world's largest 3D wave.

Size: 80.9 meters (width) x 20.1m (height)
Comprised of around 31,000 LED display modules.
Location: COEX Artium, Seoul, South Korea
