Many people think that black cats bring bad luck. This black cat, however, was the one who was down on its luck. It was found 25 feet down a pipe in Venice, California. Its luck turned around when a geologist heard a faint crying coming from the pipe. This animal rescue team located the kitten by putting a camera at the end of what they call a “flex pole." They were able to hoist the kitten safely out of the pipe. After a good wash, the kitten was back to its old tricks
