THE THINGS YOULL NEED:
Green Smoothie Recipe
-8oz coconut milk
- frozen banana, diced
- cup frozen pineapple
-1 tablespoon almond butter
-1 handful baby kale
-1 handful spinach
-3-4 ice cubes

Protein Balls
-1 cup rolled oats
-2 tablespoons protein powder
-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
-2 tablespoons chia seeds
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- cup dried cranberries
- cup unsalted almond butter
-3 tablespoons finely chopped dates
-2 tablespoons honey

Chicken Piccata
-1 to 2 (8-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterflied
- teaspoon fine sea salt
- teaspoon ground black pepper
-Flour, for dredging
-Extra-virgin olive oil
- cup chicken broth (or stock)
-1 tablespoon freshly grated lemon juice
- cup brined capers, rinsed and drained
-2 tablespoons salted butter
-2 sprigs thyme
