You might think you don't need advice on staying happy. But think about it. Most kids have one or two tantrums, cries, boredoms, and much more but you wanted to stay happy. Well, here are advice to help you in those situations.
- Do relaxing activities- Activities such as coloring,listening to music, and playing with your dog is fun and relaxing. You can't help but smile when you see the cutest dog ever!!
- Exercise- Exercising can help you feel energetic and happy, too. Try it for yourself!
- Fake it 'till you make it!- When you're feeling glum, sad, or mad about something, just force on a smile. Keep it on a for a few moments and when you stop smiling, you won't! Magic!
