If you have 10x10x10 would really me to the power of three. Or another way would just to count the zeros to know.

To the power of means to multiply the base by the exponent. (The big number is the base and the small number is the exponent)

Yeah, and to put it in a more simple way, it means to multiply the base however many times the exponent says to by it self :D

Like 3 by the second power, or 32, means to multiply 3 by itself two times.

3x3 = 9, so 32 = 9!

it means to multiply the number by itself depending on what the power of it is. Example: 5 to the power of two, 5x5. [25].

"To the power of" represents exponents

5+5=10 (5+5)

5x5=25 (5+5+5+5+5)

5 to the power of 5=125 (5x5x5x5x5) (5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5+5)

Exponents is to multiplication as multiplication is to addition

In P.E.M.D.A.S. (Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction) is the "order of operations" for longer math problems, (if you have to things that are in the same spot in pemdas you do it from left to right (P, E, M+D, A+S) multiplication and division are done at the same time, and addition and subtraction are done at the same time

The in PEMDAS stands for exponents

So if you do 

10+7×4^5÷(3+6)=

10+7×4^5÷9

10+7×100÷9

10+700÷9

10+77.777... (I did the "..." Because it goes on forever)

87.777...

Thats how you do the order of operations... And i know the question was about to the power of but i got on a tangent LOL

You are multiplying the number by itself, and what the number is "to the power of" is how many times you are multiplying it by itself. For example, 2 to the power of 3 is 8.

So if it’s 2x2 4 then that’s 1-3 2 then 4x2 8 so 2-1 1 and THEN 8x2 16 1-1 0….. right?
