1.Hike as much as you can every day.
2. Go to state parks and ride your bike there!
3.If you live on a long road, hike on the road then come back to your house.
4.If you have your handy weighing scale, weigh on it once a week. And print out a piece of paper and wright down your weight every time you weigh. And make sure you don't eat before you weigh so try to weigh in the morning.
5.Eat a lot of healthy foods!
6.Get a lot of rest.
7.Instead of watching TV all day go outside and exercise or play baseball!
8.Drink a lot of water

1.Never eat out 5 times a week.
2.Never eat a lot of unhealthy ready-made-meals
