Can we live on a star

Question

Before you call me stupid just think about it, First I know one yall say it is possible but we dont have the technology for it. Other will say is no we will never do it. But I just wanna know. I here people saying aliens can live on a star or the sun but why not us humans.

Humans cannot live on a star because a star is too hot to support organisms (living things). Also because a star has no oxygen, H20 (water), or food. If more than one person could live on a star they would eat each other (one person cannot live on a star either). Aliens can live on stars because they are fictional and their structural traits (anything that has to do with body composition) are different from ours (Example: ET has a big skull and  big eyes but the rest of him is really thin).

At first I thought this concept was completely crazy. Of all places to live, why pick the hottest areas of the universe. But it also has a huge amount of energy that would be all around us if we could do it.We would be protected from asteroids hitting us, since things would burn up first.

We would need to invent some new materials that can keep out the heat. Natural light would need to be filtered, but it could be pumped in. With so much energy, we could use it to create our own air, water and materials from fusion reactions.
