What could it be?

My cat has a bump on his mouth what can it be i meed help i do not think it is cancer because it came over night.

If the bump is still there (this being 2weeks later) please ask your mom to take the cat to a vet. Bumps inside the mouth are something that cannot be diagnosed via chat room. It could be something unimportant likens bite or small wound but if after this long it is still there it's probably something that needs to be checked by a vet.

• These bumps are normal structures like openings of minor salivary gland or oil glands that are found on the upper lips and cheeks. 
• Mucoceles may also be found on the inner side of the lower lip.

See a doctor, so they can give you medications. I believe your cat has Oral Lichen Planus. I may be wrong though.
