Do you have a animal with a problem? A horse with a jagged gait, a fish with pale scales, or just a slow dog? Whatever it is, post it below!

You must post the animal having the problem (if it is a dog, cat, or guinea pig), its age (a rounding estimate will qualify), and its symptoms (jagged walk, lump on neck, etc). Please describe where the problem is if it is a lump or anything seeable, how it feels, and how long it has been there.

I will answer as soon as possible! I may ask questions while I am diagnosing, so please check back a few times to answer the questions or see my advice!

I would like the information in a format like this:

Name: (optional)

Gender: (girl or boy)

Species: (dog, cat, etc)

Breed of animal: (optional, but is helpful if filled in)

Age: (2 years, 14 months, etc)

Problem: (where it is; how long it has been there; what it feels like, etc)

Extra: (any additional information that does not fit it the listed

catogeries)

This way I will be able to see the problem and other information easily.

Its OK, Noircat.

OK, Momo seems to be an obesity cat, which you need to talk to your veterinarian about options for her life. You may need a new diet for her, or you need to start doing vigorous exercise.

Gender: Female
Species: Dog
Breed: Maltese- Poodle
Age: 3 years, 8 months (not in dog years)
Problem: A small bump located on the right side of her body, just back a little from her front leg.
Extra: My dog does not like it when the spot is touched. We think it is similar to a pimple, but it hasn't gone away.
Thanks a ton!

You are probably right. This could also be a bug bite, which could lead to heartworm. But if it like a pimple, wash the area thoughly with warm water and doig friendly soap. Wash it twice a day for a week. Then it should go away.

Inform me if this treatment does not work

Thanks! We'll try that!

OK Dancer!

Tip: When doing this have someone soothe your dog and praise her. Maybe even give the area a massage if you prefer. Also, if the condition worsens or doesn't go away, contact me. I may tell you to go the vet depending on what I diagnosis.
