I am scared every night I hear things coming from the living room in the middle of the night!

I promise, there is nothing going on! The noises you're hearing are either your imagination or possibly the AC, maybe a pet. There is a reasonable explanation- I promise. If you still feel scared, here's something I do. Imagine you're in a bubble. One, where nothing can hurt you or scare you. Where you're protected. Hopefully this helps!!
