* Hold up your hands with your palms facing the person & say "How, woah. Can we just work this out?"
If I was to get into a fight, at least I'd have my Krav Maga (close combat fighting) at my fingertips. Here are some defensive moves:
.Choke Hold. If someone has both hands enclosing your neck, quickly bring your hands up in a C shape and pull down on their thumb, which is the weakest point.
.Front Bear Hug. If someone is holding you under the arms, drop your weight and do football hands (hands together like you're gonna catch a football, FYI). Then cup their nose or chin (NEVER MOUTH!) and push them backward. For over the arms, do strikes to the groin and push them off you.
.Wrist Grab. Twist your hand so that your hand's side is level with your attacker's thumb and pull out of the grab. When two hand, make a fist and grab your fist with your free hand. Yank your hand out of the hold.
