I can't edit or see my name or my profile! You know the place where you can usually click on your name, right? The only thing that's there is 'Hello.' What happened?

In general, it is not recommended to use complicated usernames that don't have standard letters in them, since it can cause things to break at times with certain characters that the system does not accept. Also, if you ever need to login on a new computer that does not have emojis, you will be stuck.

However, we do understand that some of you would like to have special symbols in your names. We are working on a solution to the problem. In the mean time, please let us know if you have a username that is blank. Be sure to give us your original username.
