Advice on how to stay pretty

A lot of celebs and girls think you can only be pretty wearing make up, the truth is using make up and skin creams are filled with chemicals they mess up your skin. So, here's some ways to stay pretty.

1. Stop eating meat it contains many hormones that are not good for you, if you do stop eating meat you will have less of a chance of getting health issues.

2. brush you teeth twice a day, smelly breath is a No No

3. Condition your hair so I it can grow long, or so you don't have split ends.

4. Moisturize your skin, keep you skin moisturized so you can have smooth skin not dry.

5. Drink lots of water so you can stay healthy

6. Brush your hair every day so It doesn't get tangled

7. Wear sun screen so you don't risk sun burn, skin cancer, etc.

8. Cut down on sweets so you don't have a bunch of pimples

9. You can do any other girly things like go to the nail salon and get you nails done, and what so ever that makes you happy.

Good tips, but two are innacurate. First, stopping consumption of meat doesn't make your skin clearer. There is no scientific evidence of this. Also, eating less sweets doesn't minimize acne. Just wash your face regularly.
