Today you will learn the simple jab punch, which is used in (kick)boxing. Look below for instructions.
↪Jab punch. So, this is the simplest punch (in my opinion). First get into the guard stance (stand still, then put both hands in front. Curl them into fists, place your left foot forward and your right foot back. Your feet should be a shoulder-width apart.) and thrust your hand forward. Remember to twist your right foot as you do it.
