  • Hot Water Bottle
  • Hot Water

Instructions

  1. Pour oil on abdomen and massage it onto the skin.
  2. Place the cloth then the plastic wrap over the area that has been covered with oil.
  3. Apply heat using a hot water bottle or a steam shower.

Your first time? Then try to take painkiller when you feel that first cramp. Still, do it even in later ones. I also do a position that involves curling up with your feet and hands touching (look up the fetal position in yoga).

Also drink plenty of water!
