Question about KidzSearch accounts

Are we not allowed to have multiple accounts on one computer? I have a sibling who also has an account. I read the rules for the contest for the iPads that said you will be disqualified if you have multiple accounts for one IP address, after I made her an account.

You can have multiple accounts on the same computer / IP Address. We just don't want those same people repeatedly asking and answering the same question to get extra points.
