Silens I Chapter 14
It's always a mansion turning it's swirled words with huge letters swirling around your breathless body, overwhelming your insanity, making you scream, having your head twist around the thought of death, or not even death expecting a fate. You stare at yourself, with bickers in your head, and people screaming. The people may seem unknown, but their known as you are to me, a person so close, you can't even see. You curl around the cold ground, leaving your thoughts to not sleep for the night, they never do, keeping you awake, you eyes wide open. For a mansion isn't ever necessarily good for you, it's only to distract you from one thing. Mansions are for people who fill up a house so they can fill up there barely beating heart, having your mind whisper, but the real one screams, too far away, the only thing you hear is the noises in your ear, the whispers from demons.
I closed my notebook, looking at the time. My bed was rather cold, with a firm mattress, and sheets that wouldn't cover a child. It was amusing, after all, to watch the window, children playing outside. My pen dribbled in my hand, as I drew a girl with long hair, golden eyes, and a slim nose with cold features. Almost like she was staring into your soul, but it wasn't something I considered as my goal for the sketch. I looked around he room, Ace's clothes spread all over the room, even on my side. That always made me rather mad. I cleaned it up, slowly getting up from the chair as always, going to the Slytherin Common Room after the attempt to clean the room. Piles of wrappers, clothes, were spread over, and it still made me mad, how could a Slytherin be this dirty? It was a disgrace, and disrespectful to me and Lucas, that was sleeping in his bed, his feet sticking out of the bed. I giggled, coming over to him, tickling his feet, while he slightly laughed, but pulling away in the covers.
I soon headed out of our dorm, walking through the Slytherin halls, off to the Common room where Ace would be wondering around, talking to 7th yearers. To the Common Room, I stumbled upon Midnight. She stared at me, I glanced back, with an unsettled tone. "So, Midsy, who was your rest?" I asked, as she just stoop up inhumanly straight. "Oh, good! So, what about us being roommates in all?" she giggled, coming closer, her shoes clicking. "Are those tap dancing shoes?" I asked, as she smiled and responded, "Indeed, yes! I really like dancing!" "Theie nice," I said impressed. "Thanks," she continued, "I saved all my allowance on these!" she looked down, banging them together. The dark room blinded from the distant light, and Ace looking at me, but more Midnight in a cold grin. He then decided to walk over, his head up high. "I heard your little friend, Asia, was in the Daily Prophet years ago. She seems rather interesting, though she doesn't seem your type, though," he smirked, jerking off. "She's not," I hissed, walking back over to Midnight. "Who's Asia?" she asked, looking off to Ace and some other boys. "A good friend of mine," I said, as she just looked over to her robes and then down to her shoes. "Also, don't call me Midsy," she looked at my uniform, all ruffled up. "You should fix that," she said, looking at a girl named Suntte. She was a tall blond girl, almost impossible to imagine she was only in 2nd year. "Bye," Midnight rushed over to her. I sighed, walking out of the Common Room, off to Transfiguration.
The halls were empty, and I was sure I was going to be early. I rushed out of the halls off to the class room, then slowly walking in. I saw Prof. Glentonburg looking at himself in a mirror, slicking back his hair. "Prof-" he stopped me, moving his head around, glaring at me. "Your early," he smirked. "Sorry," I said, signing myself in, siting down in my seat, near no one but myself. I took my notebook out, a dusty book written my name in cursive on the cover. I started writing spells, hexes and certain dark magic as Prof. Glentonburg stared at me with his wide eyes. "I never hear Draco Malfoy had twins," he grinned, his eyes still wide and glass. I didn't answer, continuing writing in my book spells and such. "Well, good for you," he laid his eyes back on a paper, though it was unknown what the paper held.
Students began to come in, but I couldn't find Lucas, but I didn't ask anyone why he wasn't in class.
I was finally done with class, and at the last moment Lucas came rushing down. I was confused, and so was the teacher that laid a huge smirk on his face.
Of course, it was another class then break. the class was boring, but I got ahead this class, then it made it more boring, but I had more free time to think about my family. After that class, I headed down the Hogwarts halls to the Slytherin Common Room, where I saw Ace with his head raised high, and an unexpected smile on his face. "This is for you," he handed me a letter, with expensive wizarding paper. that made me wonder who it was from, mum didn't have the money to have that for one casual letter. I opened the seal, and the letter started with-
Dear Tom Draco Malfoy and Lucas Jean Granger,
I'm glad to be sending you this letter, and of course, please respond back with your own letter in mind. Just a simple question should be answered, how are you? I've heard many things, rather rumors that may not be true, but I haven't heard from your Hogwarts sorting yet. I would like to know which house you were sorted in. I would be happy to hear Slytherin.

I smiled and almost slightly cried, and after I read it I couldn't help myself but respond with my own letter. I should of showed this to Lucas, but I would of showed it to him later, after all, I haven't seen Lucas today. I had my pen in my hand, with my notebook ready to write, but then a Knock pounded on the Slytherin Common Room. Ace looked over, and I go up, letting myself close to the wooden door. Ace bolted over to the door, his hands firmly ove the door knob, but slowly turn it. He then fully turned it, moving the door slightly, peeking out before letting the person enter. He opened it completely with a shocked face on, and I stood there, look for what were nothing standing in the hallway.
I then reminded myself I had to meet Asia at the Whomping Willow, and of course Lucas is going to be there. I held my breath, looking at Ace still shocked. For a moment there was silent, but then I rushed off to my dorm where I would get some snacks for Asia, Lucas and me. I didn't know much of what she would like, so I just added some Droobles Gum and a chocolate frog with some gingerbread. I packed it up, then looking, smiling down at the letter from Father. I was anxious, but I had to wait to send the letter, or else I would be late.
I headed off, walking slowly in the hallway, then in the soft grass outside where I saw some boys beat up a Hufflepuff. I stared for a moment, but then provided on. I was finally there, seemingly late from Asia's eyes. "Your late," she sighed, and Lucas played with grass. "I know," I said, throwing my bag down. "What's that?" Asia calmly asked, pointing at Father's latter pocking out of my bag. I wanted to tell Asia, but I was a bit hesitant. "Uh- a letter from my father," I smiled, but tried to smirk, which seemed rather strange. Lucas bolted up from the words, feeling around for the letter, then touching it. "Is it the first time he decided to message you?" Asia asked, taking the letter from Lucas's hand reading it to him. Lucas smiled after she was done, and we ate the sweets I packed along.
