I was wanting to make a manga that stars either gender as the MC (male or female, it doesn't really matter to me, though a girl appeals more to both me and the anime world at large). I have the female version of the MC designed, but not the male. Anyway, that doesn't really matter.
I am wanting to write a story plot that is full of action and stuff. I can draw weapons like swords, guns, scythes... you name it, I can most likely draw it with some practice, if I can't draw them well right now. My main idea is this:
The main character is a school girl with a secret job.
NOT like a superhero. Like this: say you go to school, but your side job is protecting your city from monsters. Your city is benefited, only they don't know they are until your job goes wrong. That's the kind of job I'm going for here.
She fights monsters, or something similar to it.
Sorta like in The Individual, or "Burn the Witch". I am not sure what TYPE of monsters, but I know they're gonna be the type only certain people can see. Maybe the MC can see them because of special power, a special pair of googles (etc)… and the people she works with are more of less the same. The monsters could be like demons, like in "BLEACH".
She isn't the strongest person in the group, obviously.
But she strives to be. This girl is very ambitious, but in a good way.
Basically it's about a girl who wants to be the strongest she can be. Other possible routes could be that she doesn't know about any of this and is brought into it by accident. Maybe the people in this group have some special ability like age-slowing, so that a character can appear young but actually have tons of experience.
I don't really want a sci-fi story. I just want a normal story with fantasy in it, etc. It happens all on earth, most likely in Japan or Amercia.
