I know that most of you don't know what osgood schlatter is, so I will explain it to you.Osgood schlatter is a disease where your muscles are growing faster than your bones so your muscles tug on your knee growth plate. So, basically, what it does is create a bump underneath your knee cap and it hurts there when you bend your leg or put pressure on the bump.I do gymnastics, and it usually it doesn't hurt bad, but sometimes when I put A LOT of pressure on it, like when I punched the springboard really hard with my feet or when I landed hard on vault, It hurts even to jump! This is annoying since I can't do almost anything when this happens. If you have any tips please tell me, I am taking ibuprofen right now, but it doesn't seem to help(probably because I've just started taking it).
