Should tweens watch youtube?

Youtube can be good, hosting educational and fun content, but it can be dangerous. As written below, it contains cussing, sexual talk and adult themes, may not be COPPA safe, and can have targeted cyberbullying. However, some channels, such as:

• Kid-Friendly TV clip channels
• Kid-safe How-To videos
• Education Content

channels may not be bad. However, be on guard and check channel info, and mostly go to big, bulky channels with many subscribers, but still be on guard.

No it has inappropriate content also do not try YouTube kids it has inappropriate content so just stick to KidzTube with a parent.

I think so. First off, not all of YouTube is bad, it depends on what you watch. Also, by tween, if they say anything bad, cussing, ect, you are pretty likely to have already heard it at home.

Yeah there are a lot of educational content, and family-friendly content. so if you are looking for this type of content i think it should be okay

Yes. Most tweens watch it, I do, as a tween watch it and have been since I was nine and I don't see the problem with it. There is a Kids YT app where it's safe and monitored and that's what I watched when I was little too.
