P: Hello everyone! Finally, something with just me in it! Here's an information segment in which I talk about the crazy world in which I live in: KidzSearch Town, on the outskirts of the Internet Void. So you can ask questions about the Studio and the KidzSearch Town world!
The Producer's Information Segment
Question 1: Hello Producer! Could you tell me more about the KS Town world?
P:
Sure! Put simply, the KidzSearch town world is the only place where Portals work (see Question 2) and where Time Machines work (see Question 3). But to get in, you have to use the Grandmaster Portal in the real world (see Question 2). The KidzSearch Town is a place in the intergalactic internet void where everyone from KidzSearch can visit and live. So, in short, it's a town like any other, but requires some special steps to get in (see Question 4). This little town has everything from Starbucks to a K-mart and a Holiday Inn and Hampton!!! It's like virtual reality, but real.
And lastly, since the town is in a different paradox, time and space can be manipulated differently. So, Portals and Time Machines work (see Question 2 and 3). It moves alongside the IRL world, and is apart of the bigger Internet world.
Question 2: What is a Portal, Mr. Producer?
P:
A Portal is basically what it sounds like. By using it, it is possible for Gem, my co-host-- ahem, my boss-- to bring OCs to be interviewed into the Studio. You can also use the Portals to travel to their worlds, which exist alongside each other but never intermingle except in rare cases (like, when a cartoon brings several different fandom characters together for a short amount of time).
The Grandmaster Portal is a Portal in the IRL world, which enabled me and Gem to travel here for work when we were hired.
Question 3: What is a Time Machine, Mr. Producer?
P:
Wow, you're daff. It's exactly what it sounds like. We can travel back in time, but only within fandoms. Forget using it to assassinate Hitler as a child. What we do is we turn it on, use the Portal machine to pick a fandom, and use it to pluck out a character during a certain time during the story of the fandom. Pretty easy, huh? Gem made it herself, with some help of course.
We can also enter into the Machine at times as well.
Question 4: How can I come visit you, Producer-san?
P:
Awww, thank you. Now I can tell Gem someone likes me. Anyway. There's several steps involved. One, get a Grandmaster Portal. You can make one yourself with a mirror, some tin foil, and some sunlight. When the tin foil catches on fire, slap yourself repeatedly for not buying a legit Grandmaster Portal that is fool proof and safe. Secondly, turn it on. It will automatically turn on to The Address of the Internet International Headquarters. Instead, type in the Address of the KidzSearch International Headquarters. Lastly, step inside and you will appear at the front desk of the KidzSearch Travellers' Buliding.
Then, exit the place, walk down the street, turn left, and come to the KS Broadcasting Studio, where Gem, me, LLM, and Molly should be! You can also take the subway, but you have to visit a secret place and ask the conductor for a trip to the Internet. Tell him your destination, and he'll send you along in a special, Portal-equipped subway.
Question 5: Can I visit fandoms directly from the IRL world?
P:
Nope. You have to use the Portal to come to the Internet first. Many internet towns are sorta mean, like Twitter City, so I suggest a nice town like ours to hang out in while you find out what fandoms to look at. Paigeeworld Town was a nice one, too, before it was bull dozed because of lack of funds. So, remember, find a Grandmaster Portal first and travel here!
So, in short, no. Come visit!
Question 6: Producer-sama, is the food good?
P:
Ya know, technical questions like how stuff works can be boring. So, what about stuff we all need, good food? Yes, the food is good. Like I said, since KidzSearch Town is just like the real world, everything is real as well. What's fun is that sometimes, if you travel into other fandoms, you can bring back food from there to try. But you can't take it into the IRL world at all. Only certain items from the Internet can be taken back to the real world.
But yes, the food is good!
Question 7: Are you famous there, Mr. Producer?
P:
Hm. As a rule of thumb, if you are well known online on KidzSearch, you would be in the town. People seem to like me, so I think so. Gem's a bit of a celebrity compared to me, though. If you know me, maybe I am famous!
So, maybe, maybe not. Your call.
Question 8: What is your fave place in KidzSearch Town, Producer, sir?
P:
Truth is, I only stay here for a week every month. In all, I only spend 3 months here out of 12. However, it is a very nice place. My fave place is the park right outside the studio, because so many people are there at any given time and its really funny to watch them. Like, in the last type show, we played some pranks on them. Most of the people from there work up at the KidzSearch International center, like as techies.
So, I really like the park!
Question 9: Have you ever visited a fandom, Mr. Producer, sir?
P:
Ahhh, young one. Of course I have. Mostly to spy on our guests before and after we interview them. For example, I visited the Bleach fandom to see Rinji Shukei. What's complex is that, when you enter a fandom, all rules in that world abide by the story's rules. The characters have no idea what's going on, that the Internet and IRL world exists. They can't travel to the IRL world or even the Internet unless their creator is the one bringing them there, or if a canon character tags along with a character that has been created by a fan. It's a bit confusing and there's many rules. But I'm not a scientist.
Yes, I have been to a fandom.
Question 10: Sir Producer, how was your visit to the fandom world?
P:
I cannot disclose that mostly because I know Rinji would be ticked off at me. And you don't want a highly trained martial arts, ice-controlling, warrior-assassin coming at you, even if she is 4'3", I would suggest that I keep my mouth shut, But, since you're asking... I tried setting up a date between her and her secret love interest...haha... even if she's told us several times they're just friends, I don't believe it!!!
In short, it was fun but ultimately I got my butt kicked.
