Help....

So, I like, plan almost EVERYTHING.I  will literally plan the next day.Sometimes I will plan like, the next hour, or I'll ask my mom what we're doing.Most of the times she doesn't know, and I start to feel really lost.I also have this like, calendar thing in my brain.Every day of the week is like, a floating unknown thing.I have the same calendar type thing for the months too.Idk, it's complicated.One more thing.So instead of imagining the characters in a book with apperances, I imagine like, who they are, and their personality.It's like my brain can't hold the info about how the characters look like.Idk, maybe it's my OCD?Plz answer me if you have any idea.

Haha, it's the same for me but it's sooo much harder because I have both OCD and ADHD, so they conflict cuz my ADHD makes me so scattered and messy and a zillion things at once, but my OCD makes me want everything 2+2 and perfectly in order.  I'm pretty sure it's a normal thing, it might be OCD but I thought it ws normal... 0-0

It’s a good thing to always be planning, because you keep track of things and you’re organised. If you have a phone or iPad, you could use the calendar app to keep track of things and put things into it as soon as you hear of an event. Also if you need groceries or supplies, make a note that you need to go shopping soon or your parents need to take you. As for the book characters thing, as you’re reading just look up a picture of that character if there was a movie about it, or find a fan art of the character. And it’s probably just OCD. Hope this helps!
