hey guys i want to be happy with myself but i can not do that with my current body  im going through puberty and i have very fat thighs also a lot of hair all over i am very ashamed what should i do ive been thinking about  a keto diet that is supposedly dangeorous to kids

oh well

P.S i have not gotten my period yet

Actually dieting isnt always the best way if you really want to get slimer i would suggest doing some cardio and push ups or what ever you feel comforatble with you just need to do that and youll be slimer in no time!

Please do not diet I did and it turned in to me starving myself and throwing up what I did eat, it's hell don't do it

My best friend diets but she still eats just healthy foods plz don't do anything dangerous for you don't feel ashamed cuz I have the same problem but you don't have to feel ashamed your perfect just the way you are and if know one can see that then .... Just say they're blind

wide waists are normal for puberty. also, ask your parents and doctor and maybe school counseler

I would say everything in moderation. Don't completely avoid junk food because it could lead to binging, but also include healthy foods that are tasty. Also, do physical activity you enjoy and don't put it before your own health. A few months ago I suffered from a mental illness called anorexia nervosa, and let me tell you it doesn't make you feel confident. What it does is ruin your life. Try not to focus too much on your appearance. I know it can be hard, but what really matters is that you are safe and healthy. I promote healthy lifestyles. Don't workout to get a certain body, but more for the enjoyment of it because your motivation could plummet. I believe in you.

#1: DO NOT be ashamed of your body! I'll bet you are drop-dead gorgeous!

#2: Puberty is a pain, but it has its perks. By the end (although I guess I'm still going through it- I'm in my mid-teens), I became pretty slim, so I'm sure you have nothing to worry about! I have large thighs, still though. Sometimes your figure is genetic, as my legs/ ankles are.

#3: However, working out is a fabulous way to burn fat fast! Try running, but sometimes that doesn't always work. Swimming is a great way to slim out, but it does make your shoulders and thighs/ legs bigger/ more muscular. Try joining a school sport, that is my biggest push in the way of losing weight!

#4: Diets are just boring, and are actually filled with many chemicals. Don't do it, trust me. And DO NOT starve yourself! It DOES NOT work!

#5: You can always shave your hair! Have your mom or a trusted adult how to show you. It's awfully easy to get rid of hair!

#6: Walk with confidence! Everyone is different, that's what makes life beautiful! When you are confident, people truly admire that about you!

You should excersize run, jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, chin ups etc. But what works for me is I go out side and run around the house five times.

Just like ausgirl said, don’t diet. Instead, do physical exercise. But, embrace it! Everyone is different. But if you are obese, you should do physical exercise.

You might feel fat, but your just self conscious. Don't worry about what people think of you. It's ok to just be u. If u  want to diet, go for it! If u just want to diet cuz ur self conscious, I encourage I not u unless u want to diet.
