What should I do if my parents are arguing? :(

I usually walk away until it is breakfast, lunch , or dinner. And then I come back.

Go do something you like or listen to music loud enough to not hear them until they stop.

Maybe you should tune out the world, read, hide somewhere comfy, ignore them

My parents scream and fight almost every night! Maybe go for a walk and listen to some music. It's always peaceful! Or call a friend. When parents fight it's kinda hard to bear. I was adopted at 3 weeks old, they've been fighting over nothing everyday since i've been growing up. At 14 years they are still at it.

 

My advice? Why not get involved? Not to get in trouble-...but i mean if they start yelling, go up and tell them to maybe take a break.

 

Hehe, last time they started fighting, (I'm a VERY emotional person) i burst into tears for no reason at all and they stopped. Maybe scream and cry asking why they are fighting? Idk works for me. Lol, hope you get this figured out soon! You're not alone in this family problem!!! <3 =)

Same question. When my parents quarrel with each other, I feel helpless. They even stop talking and eating if the argument goes really far. :(
