This is a little sad

Yesterday my friend said she didn't know if I'm invited to her B-Day, while all of our friends are. I heard her telling another one of my friends about why,  she was kinda whispering, so I asked her. Apparently, she was in a situation that involved me, she had to tell her dad about me cutting myself. Now, she doesn't know if her parents will let her invite me. I don't really get why not, because I'm not influencing her, and I won't go to her house, grab her scissors, and cut myself! Like, who would do that?! Also, why do people have to get so involved?! Yeah, let's just say Imma little annoyed.

I’m so sorry this is happening, if it were me I’d be sooooo mad. Maybe you could ask her to ask her parents, unless you know that her parent’s won’t let you over. I personally think it is a stupid reason not to be invited, honestly. If she’s one of your good friends, and she was talking about it (kind of) behind your back, that’s just plain rude.

Going to give an honest opinion, if I was the parent in this situation, I would not let you go to the party either for obvious reasons because of bad influence. Their children shouldn't know about self harm, but now they do, and was it because of you? To me, that is horrible influence and as a good parent I would do the same thing.
