The Sisterhood - Struggles Only Girls Understand

Question

Hey!!! Welcome back to the Sisterhood! This will be a pretty regular blog, I promise, I was just really busy this week, sorry :) Today’s post is about everyday girl struggles that boys don’t understand. I love YouTube videos about this sort of stuff, so let’s dive right in!

1. When your hair bobble is too loose to tie twice but doesn’t reach around a third time. I hate this. I have really thick hair so I have to stretch my bobbles a bit but they always over-stretch :(
2. When you had a hair bobble on your wrist all day and there’s a big red line. It’s not that sore, just annoying.
3. When other girls ask to borrow your hair bobble but it’s your last one... I lose all my bobbles so quickly, and the ones I don’t lose are either too tight or too loose. One of life’s biggest questions: where do all the bobbles go???
4. When your white bras have turned greyish. This annoys me but it’s not that noticeable yet, plus they’re fabric bras so they’re cheaply replaceable.
5. When you brush your hair from the underside and you end up looking like Hagrid. This happens to me a lot, but I look like a fluffball anyway lol
6. When you sneeze or laugh really hard on your period and all the blood just spurts out. I do kinda small sneezes but I can relate to the laughing one so much!
7. When your mood swing / PMS hits and you literally want to kill everyone. I had this today. It sucks.
8. When you’re in the middle of something important but you have to pee. I get this a lot. It’s like, seriously, NOW of all times I need to pee?! NOW?!
9. When you get super hungry all over again for the the sixteenth time today. I get really hungry really quickly now and when I eat, I eat a LOT.
10.  When you sit down and your thighs do that blobfish thing. Am I the only person who gets this? It’s so annoying!!
11. When you jump / run and every bit of you jiggles. Thighs, breasts, bum, you name it, it’s jiggling.
12. When you get your period unexpectedly and stain your nice underwear. My favourite underwear always seem to be the victim... why can’t it come on a plain day?!
13. When the other girls are magically amazingly pretty. All the other girls are so pretty and I’m just that potato with a face like a pizza...

I think this is offensive to women boys can see this and not all girls have those things and girls are normal they do not have a mental disorder your saying being a boy is better no offense

#1: I have really thick hair, too, and this happens all the time, I hate it!!

#2: My wrist is fairly small, so the hair ties(sorry, is hair bobble how you say hair tie in Ireland?) are usually loose

#4: I have one white bra, and mom put it in with something red. XD now it’s tinted pink

#5: I’ve actually never had this happen to me before, I’ve never brushed my hair from the underside

#6: I haven’t had my period, but I kinda predict this is gonna happen to me, lol

#10: This happens every time I sit down. My thighs like, spread out, showing how fat they are XD

Yep, here we call them hair bobbles (or hair elastics if you’re posh). It sounds a bit weird but it goes with a Belfast accent well XD

I call them hair bobbles 2 but could h just be my dad’s Irish side coming out in me (have accidentally raised a few laughs in class by asking the teacher ‘I have a wee problem on this one question’). Hate it when the blob fish happens

OMG this is gonna be fun...

1) OMG this is so relatable! It happens all the time with sports.

2) Yeah...Sometimes I even fall asleep with it on.

3) Exactly! I feel like all girls loose them after the first time wearing them except for that one that is on my wrist. I never wanna give it away, so I hide it and say "I don't have one".

4) Girlie, when I tell you this is SO relatable...I had a pure-white bra, and now it looks like a storm cloud!

5) YeS, yes, and YES!!! Also, I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan so I 100% get that reference!

6) OMG THE WORST FEELING!!! I have hard sneezes and laugh REALLY hard. It is like fireworks in my underwear. (you're welcome for that image :))

7) 100%!!! I am a nice, shy person. I already hate being around people. If someone I am annoyed y starts to...ya know...annoy me...the angel will fly off of my shoulder. Here comes the devil dress like a day dream! 

8) Okay...So I take classes for my church. I got to the bathroom before I leave. Don't drink much liquid. AND SOME HOW STILL NEED TO PEE!!! Also, I am the only girl in my class and it would be awkward to say something like that...

9) I am not over weight or anything, but I also am addicted to snacks and get hungry all the time!

10) Most relatable thing on this list!!! Especially during the summer and your thighs get stuck to the chair and turn read!!!

11) YES!!! When you get older and farther into puberty is when this is at it's peak man! And it is only getting higher!

12) Look...I have a favorite pair of underwear. I love them so much, I got 4 of the same kind. And any time that I am about to start my period next week...IT COMES EARLY!!!

13) Yeah...I feel like this girl at my school is dumb and rude, but also...every guy falls for her!

1) omg same!!!!!! my hair is so thick, but i use 2 hair ties, each wrapped twice. this can also be difficult tho, cuz hair ties r pretty much gold at my house :)

2) for some reason, i actually like the crease on my wrist, so can;t really relate. is that weird?
3) same!!!!!!!!!!!! i always do, tho, cuz i like to keep my reputation up.

4) same! for some reason, in the wash, it usually turns pink, for no reason whatsoever :(

5) i have never brushed my hair from the underside, so no clue.
