My friends have been asking me to write about this literally forever. So i decided to finally write about it
Ok so stomach fat is not the same as your core muscles. Ways to lose fat in your stomach fast are to:
Eat a lot of protein: Fish, tofu, chicken, beef
Cut down on really fatty foods: greasy pizza, marshmallows, etc. Even though they are DELICIOUS, try to eat less of them
Do aerobic exercise: Aerobic exercise is any exercise that gets your heart rate up. Dancing, jumping rope, zumba, running, biking are all great and fun ways to do aerobic exercise. I personally recommend a great playlist while exercising to get you pumped up.
Don't get too stressed: Ok. You shouldn't TRY to be stressed, but by doing things that you enjoy and make you feel relaxed and calm actually help. Take this as an excuse to call some friends, dance, draw, etc. Whatever relieves you from stress.
So some people have asked me if doing ab exercises help reduce stomach fat. Here's the answer: It helps, but not as much as aerobic exercise.
