hi I started vaping in 6th grade now I'm in tenth grade my friends do it all the time and I don't know how to quite 

what should I do?

I agree with what others have said. All I can contribute is two things-

1. If you feel there are no trusted people you can talk to around, try cognitive behavioral therapy. It is an actual form of therapy therapists will recommend you. You have to recognize when you have the urge to vape and keep yourself from doing it. The first step is recognizing your thoughts. Any time you think of vaping, make sure you are aware of that thought and try to go against it. Even if it doesn't work at first, keep resisting it. You are in charge of what you do, so try to make sure you know exactly what you are doing.

2. Download an app like I Am Sober. I have not used it, one of my friends has, and it does help. Basically, it's an addiction app that works with you day-by-day. It has positive messages to help you, and it has a timer too, to tell you how long you have been sober, or have not vaped. It is useful, and if you honestly are trying to help yourself, then these are likely to work for you.

just because your friends did it doesn't mean you should and to quit hide all vapes around you or ask a friend to do it and then you do something fun or find a hobby then boom you forget.

Okay, first off, you shouldn’t have started vaping at all. Vaping can damage your health and is very dangerous for someone your age. It’s also illegal for a minor.

If your friends are vaping and are pressuring you into doing it too, get some new friends. They’re a bad influence on you. Tell their parents about it if you can.

Try to give up vaping on your own by replacing it with a good habit, like cycling. If that doesn’t work, talk to the school guidance counsellor or the school nurse to see what you should do next.

Ok, that's terrible and disgusting you started in 6th. You are a MINOR, which means you should consult a caring adult who will restrict you from taking these awful drugs. How are you getting it? If it's your friends who are giving it to you, talk to their parents and you your own. Glad you are getting help.

Get help is the only answer I can give you. I don't know your personal struggles, but I do know that there are trusted adults you can go to. First, if you trust your parents, go to them. Or an older sibling. If you can't trust your family, there are school counselors, spiritual leaders (pastors, priests, rabbis, etc.), the school nurse, etc. And, while you're doing all of that, SAY NO.I know it won't be easy to quit, but your health and possibly your life are at risk. Quit at all cost, and find someone to help you. Not online-- a real, tangible human being who you can talk to, see, and trust. I know this isn't accepted by everyone, but I will pray for you, if you will like. My God can help you if you let Him. Even if you are religious, please find someone to talk to about this. Thank you for asking a question that is on a lot of people's hearts.
