2. when i get hairy... why am i so hairy in some places?

3. when i get a curve... i think im getting a curve to early im 11!

4. when every emibrising part start move... when i run my butt, my thighs, and  my breast start going up and down (does that  happen to u?)

1. Some people get cramps, some don't. Sometimes they hurt a lot, sometimes they are more manageable. Personally, I rarely get cramps and if I do, I hardly notice and it doesn't hurt that bad.

2. Puberty for ya hun.

3. Everyone is different, everyone has a different body type and it matures at different times for different people.

4. Yeah, I hate that too. Try a more snug bra like a sports bra. Idk what to tell ya other than that. I usually just don't run lol.

i feel the same way  i rather have privat conversations about perieods i dont feel comfterbul with boys around when i talk about that stuff          aka i am a girl  and i am ten to can you give me a answer to this queshtion when will i start my perieod if my mom started hers when she was 14??  and what does it mean if the middle of your right breast hurts i am pretty shur it means its growwing i am ten is that normal ??

Your period can happen at any time, though probably around 14. And as for pain there, it is a puberty thing, not sure about growing, but it is a puberty thing and by the time you read this it will probably have gone away.

It won't hurt on your first p, my cramps hurt bad but I use a microwaved bag to help. Secondly, totally normal. For me, I am too lazy to shave but I try to. Three, I'm thirteen and I'm pretty curvy so it's normal. four, always. bye :)

1- periods can hurt, but probably not in the way you think. Some girls can get cramps near their hips and lower belly, but some are unaffected. I get pretty bad cramps, and to soothe them i try curling up in a ball, a heated stuffed animal, a warm shower, or some tea. Normally girls don’t get cramps until around their 3rd period.

2- It’s just a sign that you’re growing up! If you feel really self-conscious, try asking your mom to teach you how to shave.

3- That’s not too early, I have slight curves and  I’m 12, almost 13. Everyone’s body is different.

4- Yeah, that happens, I can’t really relate with you because I run track and therefore am used to it o guess? About the breasts, if you’re uncomfortable while running, try a sports bra! They are snugger than normal bras and therefore have more support. They make them with and without padding and cups, find what makes you comfortable! I would not advise getting an underwire bra as you are younger and underwire can harm developing breasts.
