Question

I have this very  annoying thing

see I don't  know how to tell this

we're kids and we're always busy with something right and so this happens every time or  every day  when I  go to school   there's always something to do waiting for me when school ends so when I'm in school my whole body starts to shake and I can't stop I act like I'm being tickled then I need to stand up but when I do the teacher tell me if I don't sit then I will send u to detention but if I sit I feel like I want to run all around the school the main problem is I can't wait   ....... How do I get rid of that??

Maybe try to talk to your parents and teachers about it. They might be able to help somehow, such as getting you some medication.

Those symptoms sound like me! You probably have ADHD. You should probably tell your parents about your fidgeting and focus issues, they can hook you up to a special doctor who can diagnose you and give you methods to use to focus, and if it’s really bad they may perscribe medicine. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask me, and remember, ADHD isn’t a disability, it’s a different ability! :)
