For me, I either put an ice pack on the spot or go to sleep.

what works 4 me is 2 stretch that area, like ur back or apentages, or extremities. if it is badly sore, then try resting it. i recommend elevating it with a pillow or icepack. you could also try not moving it at all for awhile. maybe a minute or 2, etc. hope this helps :D

Well, at gymnastics we do extreme stretches, likes Thomas Touches (Were you go in a handstand on the wall and lift your hands to your shoulders) and sit ups, and Russian Levers. and I go 2 days a week.
