Hey guys! So, as most of u know, I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder)At some point, my anxiety went away for like 5 months. Then, a week ago, I started having panic attacks EVERY DAY. My therapist appointments obviously got moved to once a week, instead of every other week, and I might need medication.

The summer hasn’t been rlly eventful. I go to the public pool (yes, it’s open) and hang out with my bestie (CoralSophie08) every day, and yesterday I made lemon bread.

Random facts:

I’m relearning Italian

I have ADHD

I’ve been drawing almost every day

I quit gymnastics and I’m now doing dance online

You’re so lucky you can go to the pool and hangout with your friends, but I’m really sorry your anxiety is coming back. Mine has really gone away since the school year ended, I don’t  spiral or have panic attacks as much now, I mean i still do but not half as much as I used to. I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers, I hope things turn around for you!
