Hey guys! So, as most of u know, I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder)At some point, my anxiety went away for like 5 months. Then, a week ago, I started having panic attacks EVERY DAY. My therapist appointments obviously got moved to once a week, instead of every other week, and I might need medication.
The summer hasn’t been rlly eventful. I go to the public pool (yes, it’s open) and hang out with my bestie (CoralSophie08) every day, and yesterday I made lemon bread.
I’m relearning Italian
I have ADHD
I’ve been drawing almost every day
I quit gymnastics and I’m now doing dance online
