I have, it's so FUN! *sarcasm alert* Basically, you start acting different, get curvier, have blood, only some people get cramps, (I get them so bad) but, it depends on how many days and how heavy or light the flow is. I recommend using pads, wait till you're older to use tampons. I also recommend using a hot water bottle, tea, or a heated stuffed animal if you have cramps. Hope dis helps!
