I'm Trans and hate when I get my period, but it would be best if you just walked up to her, or pull her aside and tell her. She will probably  give you a pad because  it's your first period. There are other choices  for blood collection  but you should wait on looking at those options, if your stomach  hurts witch I probably  will  drink/put something  warm on your stomach, or take ibuprofen. ok i love telling stories so heres a few

My first period:

I was at a hair salon on October 4, 2023, and had to pee. I was all done and wiped and there was blood. I knew what a period was, I was very educated and knew I would get it soon. So I whispered in my mom's ear and she said, you think you started and I looked at her like, duh. We left the hair salon to get pads. We got the weird ultra-thin 22-pack yellow ones.

Here is a girl in my gym classes

So I'm in 6th grade and we have gym. Every Wednesday we get to go to the fitness room. But first, we had to run 2wice around the track. This girl got her first one. It was all over the front and back of her pants. My friend gave her 3 pads and I gave her my sweatshirt. WE ARE TRUE HEROES.

I just got my period today it came weirdly  embarrassing I thought I peed my pants  but no it was blood my mom was at work and we spoke about it before and she  told me NOT to freak out.........but I did anyway. So its OK don't freak out.

Just go up to her (in a private place) and say Mom I started my period .embarresing I know I had to do at 11 uggh !!

 I have to do it every month when it comes but i promise it gets better i promise and if you never tell her she can't help. promise .

The best way to deal with periods is put a pad or tampon what ever you feel comfortable with! And make sure to wear tight things you also will see these weird stuff come when ur doing ur business in the bathroom you will see also known as blood clots so its like blood boogers but I know because I had it and I'm a girl try to search to up how to deal with it you might get some information from the Internet btw i just turned 11 so i kinda know.Have a amazing day!
