It is because the username anonymous was used.

You would need over 500,000 points to get your own category created for you. However, we can add a club for you without any points or registration. However, the clubs needs to have a wide enough interest to be created.

Firstly, You need to be registered.

Next, you need to earn 1,000 points to make a club or blog. You need 25,000 points to make an advice column, and you need 500,000 points to make a category. We call them features at kidztalk.
