I can be your friend. If I want to make friends, I don't look st the person's appearance or anything, I like making friends with good people.

I’ll be your frend no matter what you look like, sound like, as long as your nice :) btw I’m trans from girl to boy so my pronouns are he/him but I still where dresses and girly things, I just feel like a boy

Join clubs, reach out to people you find interesting, ask to join people in activities. Some will say yes, stay close to them, some will say no, oh well, they wouldn't be good friends anyway.
