well i forgot to list the actual problem but also i have multiple ways of contacting them but they're not answering and their mom is really busy and doesn't really answer calls and also if they can't say what's wrong online they def won't be able to out loud. the real problem involved lots of code that is used when you aren't able to share your real pronouns/sexuality/something bc it's unsafe. that's the real problem
