Hi Cindy! I am having problems going to sleep. I have tried reading, avoiding sugary food before bed, everything I can think of! Can you help?

This has happened to me before. So don't worry, you are not alone. One thing that helped me is going to the living room or your parents bedroom or where ever they are and tell them. For me, just hearing them encourage me makes me fall asleep. I still do it but not as often. I know that kids don't like to hear this,( me included ) but it is probably just a phase. You will most likely grow out of it.

Of course I can! Here's what you need to do:

In your head, count to the highest number you can think of until you fall asleep!

For example:

1.. 2... 3... 4... -sleeps-

This normally works for me! I hardly get to thirty!!

If this doesn't work, contact me, cause I have more ideas!

Sincerely Yours,

I like to just focus on my breathing and imagine I'm getting more and more sleepy with each breath out. I'm already getting tired just thinking about it frown
