Best Friend Drama

I have a best friend that I have known ever since we were really little. But I also have a friend that broke up with my best friend and my best friend doesn't like my other friend anymore. Then, my best friend made a new friend and she is hanging out with her new friend and not me. So I just hang out with my other friend but whenever my best friend sees me with my friend, she doesn't want her near me. But my best friend's new friend NEVER wants me around her. What should I do?

Friends come and go, but true old best friends are very special and should be cherished. Since your new friend is not comfortable being around your old best friend, this is an obvious problem.

There are a lot of things going on and you don't have much control over it really. Maybe you can just focus on getting back together with your old best friend. It may be difficult, but it might require keeping some distance from your new friend so your old best friend feels you are on their side. You can still keep in touch with them, but focus more on your old best friend. Over time I think the other friends will start to get along better and you can be friends with both people.

I think the new friend of your best friend will feel better dealing with you once your best friend is okay being friends again with you.
