Expired Update and the Truth of Myself

Been a minute, huh?

Almost long minute, really. Like, almost two years.

Wow.

Well, here I am. Some of you might recognize me, but I think that most of my own generation on here has also left. I noticed that Elo has apparently had a total persona shift, and that Pumpkin has become a mod (congrats, mate), and that Nobi has made an account and is all the way at the top of the leaderboard.

Before I go into my own personal update, the main reason that I’ve returned here is to address my former activity. Looking at the posts you guys wrote about me and the comments about me, I was shocked with a reminder of what I really was here. And note those words.

For those of you who haven’t figured it out already, my life here was basically all one giant lie. There. I said it.

Look, I’m no cowboy. I don’t ride a horse across the prairie to the sunset.

I’m no awesome vagabond hero either. I’ve never hopped trains, never panhandled or anything like that.

And I’m certainly no genius billionaire. I never even had a real company that even sold a real product—much less one that produces millions a year like I thought it would.

Basically I was just full of it with everything that I ever said here. Even the words of wisdom I offered to you guys were plagiarized. Plagiarized from the very guy who I constantly complained about: my dad. All I ever did was complain about him, about how my parents were terrible, they starve me, they don’t let me do anything, whatever other stuff I said about them. I take it back. I know now that my dad really was trying to help me, but, like everything else in my life, I refused to see reality until it was too late.

Have I made myself clear yet? To emphasize: I’m not a cowboy or ranch hand. I’m a kid from the suburbs in Ohio that moved to Montana and subsequently tried to adopt a culture that doesn’t even really exist, much less belong to me. I’m not a train hopping hobo, and, on the opposite spectrum, I never even had a real company. My “company” was more along the lines of a bunch of other kids on Discord and we tried to form an idea that already existed, but that we didn’t even know how to make. We didn’t even really know what it was that we were trying to sell. Hopefully I’ve made my point. And, to summarize: basically everything was a lie. I hated myself and my life, and the only way that I could make myself try to feel better was to convince everyone else of something that wasn’t true. I’m sorry. I lied for years, and there’s nothing I can do about it now other than to tell the Internet the truth. Hopefully I’ve done my part fair enough.

Just in case anyone is curious, I’ll tell you all the truth now.

October 28th, 2023. The day my fake life on the Internet ended. Some dates you just remember, and that’s one of them. Within two days, everything that I had done behind my parent’s backs for the previous ~2 years, 8 months unraveled. Almost everything was found in that time. Then nothing much happened until I graduated High School.

That was in 2024, when I was 16. For the following year (or, to be exact, 15 months), I did nothing. No job, no school, nothing. Basically just sat around and stared. I ran away (yes, again—I will tell you that those stories were true) in April of 2025. Didn’t work. I turned 18 in June ‘25 and waited awhile to see if anything would change, but when it didn’t, I decided to run again in July. My dad found my bags before I got the chance. So again I put it off, hoping that maybe there might be some kind of change. I left on Thursday, September 4–for good.

After 15 months of not taking any action whatsoever, I had to do a lot as quickly as possible. So I did. I got a lot done very quickly, and got a job (including two interviews) on day 3. I got another job a couple days later. I also got my own apartment. Obviously lots of other little things in between, but those are the big ones. Now I’m working 80 hour workweeks (which let me warn you is not the most fun thing in the world), but here I am. Still kicking.

Pretty much, my plan is to just work, work, and work more until I either fall over or until next fall, when I’m hoping I can get into school.

I really wish I wouldn't have to post this, but I'm just going through too much right now, and I don't have much time for Kidztalk. This explains why I've gone inactive for a little bit.

There's one good reason for why I've been inactive. It isn't the only reason, but it's a main one. And it's probably because today has just sucked the whole time.

A kid threw a calculator at me. My best friend, of all people, has been ignoring me. I'm just not doing too good right now. I probably won't be tomorrow either, or the next day, or probably for the whole week. I just feel like all of my classmates have it better than me. Even the class bully has someone to laugh with. And me? Kicked to the curb. During lunch, thought I'd say something funny. Nobody hears me, so the class clown repeats my joke and everyone laughs. Selective hearing, I sense. What just triggers me is the fact that I've done nothing to make people treat me the way they did today. Every other day was fine, so why is it this day has to be so horrendous? I practically spent whole afterschool tutoring crying in the bathroom. I'm not sure what people said while I was gone, but I just wish I could hear their thoughts. Know what they're thinking. Maybe they wouldn't even care, because I'm just another classmate. You know, during lunch, a lot of kids on my table were laughing uncontrollably, mostly because somebody was constantly making fart noises, and at that moment, I just wanted to tell everyone to shut up. Yeah, their laughing was harmless, but I wasn't feeling my best and all that annoying, high pitched laughing was making matters worse. I know I sound weird. I could've just used the restroom. But that's not the point. Even if I did, that wouldn't change anything. I wouldn't feel any better.

So, now that you've read me rant on about all this stuff, it's time I say what this whole post is about. Leaving.

Will I leave forever? No. I'll probably come back in about 7 weeks, basically a month, maybe 3 months, but I'm not leaving completely, so don't worry. As I said earlier though, things just haven't been working out for me, so I think this break will rejuvenate me. Not sure if I used rejuvenate correctly, but hopefully you get what I mean. Anyways, I can't leave without acknowledging some legendary users on here.

So, if y’all haven’t noticed, I was… gone.

Okay, but why exactly? I mean, you said you wouldn’t leave until you were 18?!

Yeah, well, guess what, I made that up when I was like, 8. Hormones didn’t affect me back then.

I didn’t really feel like I was able to connect to the rest of KidzTalk. After I took a break for 5 days a while back, KidzTalk completely changed; all anyone would talk about were the talk shows on here, and in those 5 days the talk shows completely changed. Since I wasn’t here for the changes, I had been left out of KidzTalk.

Also, my mental health had been going way, WAY downhill. I don’t wanna share more details, I did talk to someone about it and he begged me to tell my parents which I still haven’t done…

Finally, the main reason I left, I got burnt out on here. Pumpkin had basically been forcing me to upvote like 50 posts every hour because he was worried about Ricky, and if I didn’t he said it was embarrassing. Eventually I got exhausted, and I just took a giant break.

So… why am I back? First of all, KidzTalk is my digital home. The community is very welcoming, and yeah man, I don’t want to desert it forever.

Secondly, I got pretty bored when I wasn’t on KidzTalk, I spent my free time on Roblox. So yes, I am still alive… or am I?

Thirdly, I want to start fresh, and not have to upvote two trillion stuff every hour.

We had a lot of great interactions, but I always admired Alpha's dedication to faith and sick programming skills. Every few days we'd talk a lot about web development and Christianity in the DMs - like what are the odds we have the same passions?! It was also nice to talk to someone around my age (3 years dif). I recently got accepted to be in honors society at my school, and I'm (technically) working for a Scandinavian Historical Society as the youngest participating member with an active nembership.

I'm recieving mental help regarding my identity again at school, and i'm trying to focus on avoiding panic attacks, since I had 3 panic attacks in Winter Break and in 2025. I'm trying to graduate middle school with an A honor roll, which I currently have. I am in High School Math. I am also trying to improve as a person

I am going to work on some personal projects and focus on my mental health and my Scandinavian history studies. Kidztalk could be affecting my concetration in my studies

I may return in a few months, maybe after I graduate middle school, years, or maybe when I get in college. I also feel im too old for Kidztalk, as I'm turning 15 in 2 months.

My opinion's... SPOILER'S

Teresa did NOT deserve to die in the movie, she did what she thought was right, thomas should've forgiven her, he was being a jerk. People say thomas reacted at chuck's death, but when newt died he didn't care. Thomas turned himself INTO WICKED AFTER NEWT DIED.

He lost everything.

In the book's teresa messed up. Thomas should not have ended up with brenda, but brenda didn't betray him, teresa never thought that what she did would not have made her a target.

Minho is a dumpster rat. ( he should've died instead of newt I'm sorry I love newt.)

Imagine how hard it was for kaya to not be british in the movie ( actor of teresa) she had a deep accent, thomas brodie sangster messed up sometimes tho.

Idk what chapter but everyone had such a glow up. This show effected me so much. ( Chat ochaco's hair is so LOONG)I love it. New tbhk chapter came out LETZ GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO and Imma get the next chapter and the current volume for christmas. Hanako and nene deserve to be reunited.
