I need help from theatre kids

So, I'm in the middle of my school play and I'm debating whether I like someone's role or his character (prince charming). I play the fairy godmother, and I actually flirt with prince charming and he compliments me. So maybe it's because that may be the closest I actually get to flirting with someone? But, he's also a good singer and pianist and he's nice so like AGHHHHHHH BRO IDK?????? He likes someone else from a different show he did. AND, my best friend had a crush on him, she says that she's over him now but I would feel bad if she wasn't and I told her I like him. Well, this is gonna make my life even more complicated because I have tech week! (pray for my sanity)

guys, what do you think the best Musical Theatre International Jr. show is? I personally think Beetlejuice Jr. is the best. The music is really good, there are a lot of parts, and all the parts are pretty important, and it's overall a really fun show. My sister did it for a camp and I thought it was SPECTACULAR! Another opportunity to be in it came up from a different theatre and I hope to audition. Also, on another note, I think a not so great Jr. show is Into the Woods, It ends at the character's happily ever after.

Today (in like half an hour) and tomorrow. I'm playing as Peter Quince in Something Rotten.

This is in middle school, not elementary, now, so I expected better. Sadly, this is nowhere close to the best. Our Lord Clapham quit one week ago, so a freshman in high school is filling in for her. And then our William Shakespeare needs work, but seriously, it's already opening night. So while in the backroom preparing, some kid from our rival school showed up, and we found out he's replacing her. Apparently, he plays Shakespeare for his school and really cooks in his role . So our old Shakespeare is still ensemble, but sadly won't play her role.

So... I just got my role for one act*....

And I'm a person named, Carrie's Mother.

Yes. I'm a character's mother... that shouldn't be a mother... anyway the play is about kids trying out for one act. (and ppl in one act are playing it..lol...) It's a comedy and kinda non-funny.

The characters do have some lore... but not me! yay!! I don't wanna spoil what happens to Carrie's Mother (who i am acting..) But nothing bad happens.... maybe I'll show parts of the script once I get it back..

my director had her baby yesterday and is coming to practice tomorow. yes the day after she had her baby idk why. anyways pray for the baby cause' she's gonna be back stage when she's one day old. anyways yeah idk why my director is coming back that soon and honestly she shouldn't be coming back that soon.

i have 4 directors and one just had a baby and one is about to conisidencially. oh the directors are also siblings. anyways yeah.

also one of the scenes is very choatic and opening night it friday so uhm yep.

so uh "burtian cow" means curtian bow

"project to the dead man in the 25th row"

i can explain, dead man use to be deaf man but someone mispronounced it and it stuck XD to project to the deaf man in the 25th row means speak louder.

"After glow time!!"

so this means after go which is the celebration we do after completing a job

i don't know why i did this but uh yeah, acting is really fun you should try it :D

My director officially retired :(

She was my very first director and she was the one who actually gave me the nickname Anakin Skywalker. She has been having a lot of health problems recently in her legs from a car crash she was in when she was in college. before she actually retired she had a lot of help with the cast members that have been in our troupe for a long time around 16 years or so. so V, H, K,and E filled in for her so that's nice. she comes to our practices sometimes but i'll miss her :(

soooo i won't be as active as ussual because i've been really busy with Theatre Education and show rehersals (last lesson me and the cast did nothing productive lol) oh yeah and i got my costume it's so cute! anyway i won't be as active, i'll defineatley check a couple times a day but not my usual on literally 24/7 XD

I haven’t mentioned this in a while, but I’m auditioning for Guys & Dolls! Fourth parts. Sky Masterson, Nathan Detroit, Adelaide, and Sarah (the missionary).

If you haven’t seen it, it’s basically about old New York. These guys make bets on stuff, (AKA gambling) and then a missionary comes along and blah blah blah.

Look up a summary I’m lazy lol

I’m singing If I Were a Bell, a song from the musical (they said we could pick literally song even one from the musical) so yeah!
