I’m a 12yr old girl and me and my crush are both in 7th grade but I don’t know if he likes me. I literally started having a crush on him on the second day of school. He used to talk to me at recess when I barely knew him and say one short thing, and when he sees me alone sometimes he’ll come up to me. Recently he has done stuff like running ahead of me to open the door, waving to me before he leaves school, and he is near the exact same spot I’m in every. single. day. At recess. He picked me as one of the first people for his team in PE. He also wrote a story for one of our classes and afterwards gave it to me for 4 reasons:

1. Why not?

2. He didn’t want it

3. He didn’t want to throw it away

and

4. I was the closest person to him (I wasn’t, there were three other people surrounding him, plus he has a lot of friends so he could have given it to one of them)

We also have gotten into a weird staring moment two times and it’s really intense

And I’m pretty sure he knows I like him but he hasn’t said anything about it.

So I just started middle school, and throughout elementary school, I have been great friends with this one guy, lets call him R, anyways, suddenly when we got into middle school, he started getting really popular and he doesn't talk to me anymore :( But now R has a friend, Z, and Z is also really popular and I have A LOT of classes with Z. I have noticed that Z stares at me a lot, and he always wants to be around me. But Z has a friend, M, who also stares at me a lot. M is always looking for reasons to be around me. Keep in mind, M and Z are both really popular. Anyways, I tell my friends this, so they start asking Z and M's other friends about their behavior, and their friends tell my friends that Z and M both like me! But there's a girl, A, who really likes Z. They went to the same elementary school. A is really getting on my nerves. Whenever I have to talk to Z in class, she goes "OMG Z, have you heard about bla blah blah?". Z looks really annoyed when she does this, so now A is mad at ME. And for M, his friendship with Z is slowly breaking down bcuz they both lime ME. HELP! WHAT DO I DO?

So basically my friend posted a picture of me for my birthday on her Instagram and one of her guy friends saw it and said that I looked cute and was asking if I had a boyfriend and whatever and at the time I was dealing with someone else I wasn't in a relationship It was just complicated but now like the other guy is "dealt with ig" but like I don't know how to ask my friend about him cuz I feel like its kind of awkward but I don't know what to do or say because she sent me pictures of him and he's really cute
