Hey! I'm Corn and I have had braces for a little less than a year. I just went to the ortho yesterday and got a new device put in the is driving my INSANE!! I was hoping some of y'all with the same deice could help me. <33

Ok so this device I got is called a forsus. It's this spring appliance used to correct my overbite.

I am having the HARDEST time trying to chew with these. It hurts so badly and I take @dvil for it already. I just wanna know things that can help get used to the device and sooth the pain. Oh! And I deff need to know some foods that I can and cannot eat. I am having a hard time tryna eat a super soft cookie!!

I just got braces about 2 weeks ago and I was eating pizza and I don’t know if I’m supposed to eat the crust. Also yesterday I was watching a movie with my friend and eating popcorn and my mom told me to stop. Does anyone know what I can and can’t eat?
