I just finished the yeast starter thingy

So tmr I’ll be able to actually make the ciabatta baguette dough (where’s the chefs hat emoji bru)

It’s gonna be delicious.

I would have made sour dough, but apparently that snarks hard.

I have made bread before, but like the basic stuff, and I was inspired by the ciabatta baguette I was eating, to make said bread

Let’s see if this turns into a hyperfixation for a few weeks.

Y’all will be lining up to begg to get even crumb of my Gourmet Bread, cuz it’s gonna blow your socks off.

What’s your fav bread(maybe I’ll try making it, shhh)

mine js sourdough, no explanation needed—it is the superb bread.
