I am generally concerned about the Scratch website.

I have seen comments on Scratch that are 13+ and I have approached a user, what I also call them is a "child weirdo" since they are DIRECTING KIDS to "non family-friendly" content, they say. Look:

and this user is targeting minors. People as young as 8. The user is 14. That is a HUGE age difference, and they can actually have UNMONITORED chats by using the Vietnamese language.

I am deeply concerned for other kids on Scratch. I am immediately reporting this through Contact Us, and i'll tell you guys the human response I get.
